Establishment of the drip irrigation systems is in progress in our new plantations.

In order to supply water for the upcoming dry periods, establishment of the drip irrigation systems is in progress in the newest plantations of the Sadaharitha Plantations Limited. We have planted over 100 acre of teak in Puttlam and South Regions and over 50 acre of Sandalwood in the Uva Region. Drip irrigation establishment is in progress for all those plantations in order to protect the slender seedlings from the expected dry period in January to April.
